CONTRIBUTING TOWARDS NATION BUILDING

An active participant of the ambitious Make in India initiative, Mr. Aggarwal has been enthusiastically contributing in nation-building through investments and increasing and expanding the manufacturing capabilities in his company, and has been committed to grow it extensively in the future. Fuelled by his passion and dedication, he wants to take company to greater heights by opening new verticals of product categories while using cutting edge technology and innovative marketing strategies to serve the customers in the best possible way. A pioneer in India’s plastic molded furniture industry, Mr. Aggarwal’s ingenious endeavours have been recognized widely in the industry and he has received many awards for his contribution in the MSME industry, the latest felicitation being the award for ‘An Honor received from THE BRAND STORY to be recognized as India's Top minds 2021 in Product or Manufacturing Business of Plastics & Polymers’. A dynamic personality, he is also a man of action and is a Convenor at CII MSME (western UP), Chairman of CII (Northern Region) MSME, a member of various industrial bodies like ASSOCHAM, IIA, SSGT Road Industrial Area and MG Road Industrial Area.

PASSION TO MOTIVATE

Though his success story has motivated countless people, he believes in sharing his knowledge and learnings in life, and is also a motivational speaker and has addressed more than 5,00,000 people in last one year at various events across the nation. As he is multilingual and speaks ten different languages to connect with people from different states of India, he has been passionately motivating students, which makes him a regular speaker at numerous management colleges. He is also a prominent Rotarian who has been conferred with the prestigious Paul Harris Fellowship. Towards his social responsibilities, he has also been actively working to promote the girl child education, and towards this cause, he is closely associated with Smile Foundation which supports education and growth of the girl child. As Mr. Aggarwal takes care of each and every aspect of his organization, he is the very foundation of his company, while together with his team he possesses the right combination of business acumen and ethics required to run a successful business.

With a unique vision, he had established AVRO INDIA LIMITED in 2002 to bridge the important gap of affordability of plastic furniture and its quality.
